Refund Policy
At Forged, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund and return policies comply with U.S. and Canadian consumer laws.
Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Customized or limited-edition items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or variant may be requested within 30 days. Contact support@forged.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. Forged will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense. Fraudulent claims or chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent account restrictions.
